Shipping Policy
At RisenRetro Canada, all our products are printed and fulfilled through our production partner TapStitch. Every order is custom-made for you after purchase — ensuring premium print quality and sustainable production.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders placed on risenretro.ca follow this standard processing timeline:

Production time: 2–6 business days
(Printing, quality check & packing by TapStitch) -
Orders are sent for shipping right after production is completed.
Note:
During holidays, launches, or high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.
2. Shipping Times (Canada)
Once shipped, typical delivery timelines are:

Standard Shipping (Canada): 4–10 business days

Remote/Rural Areas: 10–15 business days

Express options: Available at checkout (if supported for your address)
All shipments come with a tracking number, which is emailed once your package has been dispatched.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are automatically calculated at checkout based on:

Current TapStitch / Carrier rates
We do not control carrier surcharges, remote-area fees, or seasonal price fluctuations.
4. International Shipping

International Delivery: 7–20 business days
(Customs delays can add extra time.)
Any customs duties / import taxes must be paid by the buyer.
5. Order Tracking
After your order is shipped:

You will receive a tracking link via e-mail

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear

6. Wrong Address / Missing Information
If the address provided is incorrect or incomplete:

The order may be returned to the facility

Reshipment fees may apply

We cannot refund orders lost due to wrong addresses

7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your package is:
Damaged:
Email us within 7 days with photos and order number.
Lost in Transit:
If tracking doesn’t update for 15 business days, we will:

Open a case with the carrier

Offer a replacement or credit depending on the investigation outcome
Marked Delivered but Not Received:

We are not responsible for packages stolen after delivery.
8. Split Shipments
Because our POD partner may ship items separately, your order may arrive in multiple packages at no extra cost.
