Refund policy

At Risen Retro, every order is custom-made. Because of this, we follow a specific Print-on-Demand friendly return policy.


1. No Returns for Buyer’s Remorse

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Wrong size ordered

  • Change of mind

  • Customer mistake in address


2. Damaged / Defective Product

If your item arrives:

  • damaged

  • misprinted

  • defective

We will replace the product for free.

You must contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

3. Wrong Item Received

If you receive the wrong product, size, or design
→ We will replace it at no cost.


4. Lost Packages

If the carrier confirms the package lost, we will reship your order once free.


5. Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 6 hours of ordering.
Once production starts, cancellation is not possible.


6. Refunds (If Approved)

Refunds are issued to the original method of payment.
Processing may take 5–10 business days.


7. Non-Returnable Items

Because items are custom printed, we do not accept:

  • worn/washed apparel

  • used products

  • size exchange requests
